We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Knightfall Collectibles. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns policy below.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened figures, pre-order items, and limited edition collectibles are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at cknightfallcollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
